CO Chair called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.

Maureen Rodger -EHMS E'lizabeth Thomas Sent a Thank you to EHMS Senior Citizens/6th Graders Poetry to EHMS you can Read on the Web WWW.upwordspoetry.com. Great program: with young and not so young poets.

Art - Teacher's Art Florence Schroetor stated or reported
Will present an Oil Sticks demonstration on January 13 at 2:00 pm at the EHCCC.
Karen Howe Chair asks for more notice for Art League program.
The March program and an April program for the Art League Will place the 2nd Sunday of the month at
2:00 p.m. in Room 12 at the EHCCC.
Florence Schroeter Questioned on how soon we can promote Bisaccia Program
Music - Valerie Scheer - Whiffenpoofs is getting a new director.
It was schedule for September 21 2013. Valerie Scheer stated she will contact the Whiffenpoofs to see if
they are available. This will kick off for Fine Arts new fiscal year.
Willowbrook- Regina Barall reported at there was 10 sessions completed this time.
EHSYF - Chair Howe reported on the cabaret scheduled, for Friday and Saturday evening as well as a
Sunday matinee "All Shook Up" performance.
Glynis McKenzie reported the following fundraisers being planned for Roma Sauce for $6.00 ajar EHSYF is getting it for half price. Roma's Spaghetti Sauce Sale will start in February.
